The report is broadly structured 
in three main parts:
1  |  An introduction to Centaurus from our Managing  
Director and the approach we use for sustainability and 
reporting our performance. 
2  |  The main body of the Report, which details material 
ESG topics, impacts and opportunities for our business, 
including management approaches.
3  |  The concluding section of the Report, which  
summarises Centaurus’ 2025 performance data, future 
performance targets, and provides a summary of the  
guiding principles of Towards Sustainable Mining and  
how we are tracking against these principles in  
relation to reporting disclosure compliance.
